About the Role

We're searching for a Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Auckland. This vital role will provide comprehensive support to our finance department, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes across all Haka House locations. You'll be a key player in maintaining our financial health and contributing to the overall success of our unique hostel experience.

The Role Will Involve

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation. πŸ’°
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. πŸ—“οΈ
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports and data. πŸ“Š
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. πŸ—„οΈ
  • Supporting the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities. πŸ“ˆ
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions. πŸ’³
