We’re seeking a Customer Integration (CI) Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the National Data and Analytics Manager and working closely with our industry-leading Business Intelligence (BI) team, you’ll play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our customer integrations to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll leverage your extensive experience in the courier industry with a deep understanding of technologies such as API’s, various WMS & eCommerce platforms, to drive high quality customer care & onboarding. With a focus on collaboration, you’ll work alongside Sales & product teams from across the Freightways group, as well as thousands of customers, to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions that meet ever-changing customer needs.
Strong team leadership skills are essential, as you’ll lead our CI helpdesk team to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your expertise in various eCommerce Systems and APIs, combined with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, will help us deliver innovative solutions that set us apart in the industry.
