Job Description

Our network is the strength behind New Zealand Couriers and the work of our operations teams is all about ensuring we can pack/unpack and move freight on time, every time, and in the manner that's expected, so our couriers can do their jobs.

Working as part of the team in our fast-paced industry, we are looking for an energetic, motivated and team focused person to join our busy crew in Masterton.

You will not be afraid of hard work, and can tolerate being on your feet and lifting items (up to 25kg) over a number of hours.

As an essential business, it is important that all employees are punctual, friendly, reliable and able to work easily with others in a team environment. You will need to have a sense of humour, be physically fit, reliable, and ideally have a good geographical knowledge of local, regional and NZ wide cities and towns.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 4.00am to 8.00am (some flexibility will be required at times).

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential. Forklift experience is also an advantage.

You must be eligible to work and live in New Zealand. A criminal history check along with pre-employment drug screening is required.

Immediate start available to the right person. A focus on compliance to Health & Safety in the workplace is imperative.
