Job: Franchise Compliance Officer Location: West Auckland
Do you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple systems with confidence? Our client is looking for a Franchise Compliance Officer to join their team and help ensure the franchise operations remain compliant, consistent, and audit-ready.
About the Role: As a Franchise Compliance Officer, you’ll be responsible for conducting compliance checks, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring our systems and franchisees meet internal standards and legal obligations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, analysis, and making sure everything is done by the book.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular compliance checks and internal audits across franchise locations
Identify, investigate, and report on discrepancies across multiple systems
Interpret and apply New Zealand employment law and regulatory standards
Support data integrity and process alignment across departments
Manage and monitor various compliance workflows and reporting tools
Recommend improvements to systems and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and automation)
A solid understanding of New Zealand employment law and auditing regulations
Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities
Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working across multiple platforms and data systems
A degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field
This role could also suit a recent graduate with the right foundational knowledge and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
