Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join their high-performing global team. This pivotal role will involve supporting the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives and optimising marketing processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a best-in-class Marketing Operations function, spanning campaign execution, measurement and reporting.
What you'll do:
As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's marketing efforts. Your excellent understanding of marketing automation, project management, and analytics will be key in managing marketing technologies, implementing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics. You'll work closely with various teams including marketing, commercial operations, sales, and IT to develop best practices, streamline processes, and maximise impact. Your passion for marketing operations coupled with your proven track record in driving results will make you an invaluable asset to the team.
- Analyse and optimise marketing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and tools to execute and optimise campaigns.
- Own and optimise lead qualification process and enablement.
- Execute target list identification in collaboration with Revenue Operations, Product Management and Commercial teams.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics.
- Utilise data analytics tools to gather and analyse sales and marketing data.
- Maintain and improve multi-touch attribution model.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment in revenue-related initiatives.
- Build and manage internal marketing collaboration tools and processes.
- Create demand gen and ABM reports for funnel performance.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Marketing Operations Manager position brings a wealth of experience in revenue management or similar roles. Your strong analytical skills will be essential for gathering and analysing sales and marketing data to drive revenue growth. Your excellent communication skills will foster effective collaboration across various teams. Proficiency in Salesforce & HubSpot is mandatory for this role. Experience with enterprise go-to-market motions and knowledge of Looker Data Studio or other BI visualisation tools will be advantageous.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong experience in revenue management, operations or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency is HubSpot is mandatory and knowledge of Salesforce is required.
• Experience with enterprise go-to-market motions.
• Knowledge of Looker Data Studio or other BI visualisation tools is a plus.
