Lead the way in delivering HV substation projects across the Central North Island. As a skilled Project Manager you will utilise your expertise to guide dedicated delivery teams, ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and high-quality construction and maintenance of HV infrastructure projects that meet client requirements, KPIs, and financial targets within Downer's delivery model framework.

  • Relevant civil or electrical engineering and / or project / construction management experience and relevant qualifications as required.
  • Project delivery management and scoping / costing skills and experience
  • Experience, skills, and an understanding of the fundamental aspects of construction / civil engineering and business, including compliance and financial.
  • Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving team goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly efficient organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate in a busy and changing environment, showing sound judgment and a professional approach
