ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Digital Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Hamilton (on-site). In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients digital infrastructure, providing exceptional support to our users, and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining the service desk system, overseeing central management tools like Microsoft Intune, providing expert technical support to end-users, deploying and managing supplementary solutions, administering user accounts and permissions, and handling a diverse range of incident and service requests.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience: Proven track record in a service desk or similar role.
  • Technical Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Communications Technology and Microsoft products.
  • Complex Environment Expertise: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Experience in resolving a wide range of IT issues, from basic to complex.
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Azure AD, Intune, Entra, and Exchange.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset and ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
