Role Overview: As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the technical implementation of the project, providing direction and guidance to a team of engineers. You will be responsible for the overall architecture and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to build high-quality, scalable web applications.
Lead the implementation of the CDP system (Tealium or Segment).
Work on integrations between CDP and other parts of the marketing stack, including Hubspot, Iterable, and Salesforce.
Ensure data is clean, secure, and properly routed across systems to enable effective marketing and lead management.
Collaborate with the engineering team to support integration and migration efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise with Tealium or Segment CDP platforms.
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Typescript.
Familiarity with static site generation and DevOps pipelines, particularly Gatsby.
Experience with Cypress or Playwright for automated testing and Jest for unit testing.
Experience with migrating from headless WordPress installations.
