We are currently looking for our next administration superstar to join our growing Finance team based in Mount Maunganui. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly detail oriented and have excellent time management and computer skills.

About The Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance team in daily administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining financial records and assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Handle account reconciliations and data entry.
  • Provide support with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive can-do attitude.
