Description: We are seeking someone with a skill set for Waterproofing to join a growing team. As a waterproofing specialist, you will be responsible for applying waterproofing materials to a variety of surfaces, ensuring that our clients' properties are protected from water damage. You will work on a diverse range of projects, from homes to commercial buildings, and be an integral part of our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply waterproofing systems to roofs, floor levelling and strengthening, flooring screeds, swimming pools and other areas prone to water damage.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming, ensuring proper adhesion of waterproofing materials.
Inspect, assess, and troubleshoot existing waterproofing systems and recommend solutions.
Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
Maintain and manage tools and equipment.
Communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Worked in a Construction industry with transferable skills.
Experience in the waterproofing industry or relevant trade (preferred).
Ability to work with a variety of waterproofing materials and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
