Our Client: Join a dynamic team with a focus on safe, sustainable, and innovative solutions across diverse specialty sectors. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional products and services, and they are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join their Dunedin branch.

The Role: You will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in stock management, assisting with queries, and handling the dispatch and receipt of goods. You'll also have the opportunity to promote and up-sell new products and initiatives, helping drive sales in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock management of gas and welding products
  • Assist customers with product queries and services
  • Dispatching and receiving goods
  • Promote and up-sell new products and initiatives
  • Comply with safety standards, ensuring a safe work environment
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM


Hourly Rate:

  • $24 per hour + 8% holiday pay


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Attitude over experience: If you bring a positive and motivated attitude, full training will be provided
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable transport
  • Confident in promoting and presenting products
  • Intermediate computer skills for stock and sales processing
  • A strong focus on safety, complying with all health and safety regulations
