This includes the construction of an impressive new wing next to the existing hospital buildings that will see MercyAscot become the leading private healthcare facility in New Zealand.

Mō te tūranga nei | About the Job:
This is a full-time role for a fixed term of six months, working Monday to Friday including some after hours and occasional weekend work if required.
Ngā haepapa matua | Key accountabilities:
Ensure MercyAscot's network systems are cost effective, reliable, efficient and secure
Monitor, research, test, and implement measures to ensure optimisation of networking systems
Identify and provide advice on risk mitigation initiatives
Support the disaster recovery platform and test failovers
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Charge Nurses
Other tasks requested by IT Manager e.g. acting as Project lead for ICS projects

Minimum 5 years' experience in Network and Systems Administration/Engineering
Certification in Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL or Citrix is an advantage

Superb organisation and time management skills.
A positive, can-do attitude
