Job Description

Are you a young, ambitious go-getter ready to kickstart a solid career in the civil industry? Our client in Hamilton is on the hunt for a Civil Labourer with a Class 2 licence to join their team.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive trucks loaded with hotmix to and from sites.
  • Handle labour-intensive tasks such as laying hot mix, concrete boxing, top-soiling, and light traffic management.
  • Be part of a hardworking crew making a tangible impact on infrastructure projects.


What We're Looking For:

  • Class 2 Driver Licence (essential).
  • WTR endorsement (a bonus, but not a dealbreaker!).
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a long-term career—not just another job.
  • Someone keen to prove themselves and grow with our company.
  • Must have own vehicle to get to and from work.
