• Utilise your hospitality expertise to enhance customer and client experiences through innovative food and beverage trends or training and development initiatives.
• Attract and retain top talent, ensuring our team reflects the high standards of the Business & Industry sector and our brands Restaurant Associates and Rapport.

• Seasoned in managing multiple hospitality venues with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.
• Skilled in occupational health, safety, and environment principles.
• Proficient in handling employment relations, with a proven track record of resolving workplace issues and enhancing employee engagement.
• Experienced in fostering strong client relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.
