Job Description

Spotless Facility Services (NZ) Limited is seeking a full-time experienced Administrator, based in Wiri, Auckland to join our team delivering great outcomes to Kᾱinga Ora.
This is a fast-paced wide-ranging role that would suit an experienced candidate with a proactive attitude, who can learn new processes quickly, is adaptable and passionate about what they do.
Your ability to work well within a team to meet strict KPI deadlines is essential as is a sense of humour.

- Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritising to ensure key tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- High degree of maturity and the ability to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data entry speed
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
