Permanent part-time roles based in our busy Urgent Care and General Practice facility.
If you are a customer service super star who has the energy and drive to work in a fast-paced medical centre, not afraid of challenges and excels in providing a high level of care to patients, we welcome your application.
Shift Options (minimum 17.5 hours per week):
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday 2pm - 8:15pm
- Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 2pm - 8:15pm
Key attributes you will bring to this role:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral
- Professional personal presentation
- The ability to deal with people of all ages and backgrounds in a respectful, calm, and caring manner
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professionalism in all admin and reception duties
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail
- Punctuality and good time management
- Indici PMS knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Someone who prides themselves in being part of a busy and high performing team
- Confidentiality is crucial in this role
