Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating communications.
- Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Oversee the use of office management software, including CRM systems and project management tools, to streamline workflows.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Assist with event planning, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Education requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proven ability to support senior management and manage complex administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
