About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
This is a contracting Physiotherapist position with the Wellness and Rehabilitation team at Geneva Healthcare. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary allied health team, focused on achieving the best health outcomes for our whanāu and community.
You will have the opportunity to be a part of our client’s rehabilitation journey and see the results of your work. We pride ourselves on our relationships with the community, clients and colleagues so if you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, supported role then we want to hear from you! You’ll be working in schools, homes, businesses and the wider community so we are looking for a candidate who gets a real kick out of collaboration and supporting client’s across their recovery.
The successful candidate will be required to travel across the Queenstown/Lakes region so you will need to be comfortable driving and have a full clean NZ drivers licence.

Current NZ Registration with Physiotherapy Board NZ
Experience in, or a passion to develop skills in rehabilitation and concussion services. While this would be suited to someone with experience, we are very open to consider candidates returning to the workforce, or as new graduates!
Understanding of, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Passion to continue to learn and grow
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
An awareness of Health Legislation and the NZ health funding systems
