The role:
We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. We are the voice of LES MILLS, bringing the energy of our brand to life online and growing a worldwide community of fitness fans. Our mission? To inspire and engage through bold, innovative content that drives brand love and performance. A key part of this role will also involve supporting and nurturing our network of Les Mills influencers, acting as the main liaison between them and the wider marketing team to ensure alignment, amplification, and impact.
Skills and experience you'll need:
You’re a social-first thinker with a finger on the pulse of trends and platform best practices. You're equally comfortable brainstorming big ideas, jumping into comment threads, or reporting on performance – and you love working as part of a collaborative, fun team. Experience working with influencers or creators is a strong advantage.
You will ideally need experience in the following:
- 2+ years managing social media channels for a brand or agency
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Experience working with creators or influencers to amplify campaigns and brand messaging
- Excellent copywriting and content planning skills
- Confidence using social media and content creation tools e.g., Meta Business Suite, Emplify, Figma or similar
