He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
As our Lease Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing leases and licenses. Your responsibilities will include identifying revenue opportunities, managing tenant relationships, overseeing debt, and handling rent reviews. With a portfolio covering diverse lease types like grazing and corridor leases, you'll be pivotal in maintaining high standards of lease administration and aligning with KiwiRail’s goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage leases, licenses, and grants in line with policies and procedures, systematically identifying revenue opportunities
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation, and negotiate terms for new leases, renewals, and variations
- Maintain high professional standards and foster strong, customer-focused interactions
- Support accounts receivable by overseeing debt collection and enforcing lease agreements
Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring
- Ideally 3 years’ experience in administration, leasing, or property management
- An understanding of land ownership and tenure systems
- Experience in managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Desirable to have experience managing large and diverse property portfolios
