Experience as a skilled labourer, hammerhand, or apprentice. Must own basic hand tools and know how to use them effectively. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual tasks. Punctuality, reliability, and a can-do attitude.
