Are you equipped with an IT qualification and experience in a contact centre environment? Do you excel at translating technical jargon into clear, supportive communication for end users? If so, we want to hear from you! About the Role: We're looking for a passionate Service Desk Tier 1 or Help Desk Analyst to join our small, dedicated team providing top-tier support across Australasia. You'll work in a professional office setting, handling calls, emails, and chats to resolve IT issues efficiently and empathetically. Please note : there is no requirement to assist end users with the hands-on set up of hardware - this is a dedicated Service Desk Tier 1 role.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support, from setting up emails to resolving CRM and network queries.
  • Ensure users feel supported and understood, beyond just ticketing issues.
  • Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base and documentation for team use.

Your Schedule:

  • Hours: 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, within the core busienss hours.
  • Weekly Total: 37.5 hours with a full hour for lunch.
  • Flexibility: May include working on the occasional public holiday due to regional differences.
