The Work
This role will see you working to establish the landscape for a local project at an iconic development in Marlborough. Work will vary day to day, week to week from soft landscaping & planting of trees, shrubs and flowers, to the hard landscaping requirements such as (but not limited to) decking, irrigation, pathways, brick / block work, paving, concreting and form work.
The ideal candidate must:
- Formal landscaping / carpentry qualification (or civil qualification) preferred
- Previous experience on residential / commercial contruction sites
- Full NZ Class 1 License (essential); Class 2 and WTR is a strong advantage
- High level of phyical fitness and reliability
- Ability to lead a team and manage a site
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to grow your leadership skills
- Site Safe Certificate - or the willingness to obtain this through AWF
