We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who’s ready to bring the heat (and the skills). This is a key role that’s all about quality, consistency, and inspiration. You’ll be involved in everything from menu design to mentoring junior team members. If you're ready to step up and shine, we want to hear from you.

- A secure full-time role (40 hours per week)

You’ll need:
- 6–12 months minimum experience in a commercial kitchen
- A passion for food and creative flair
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- An understanding of the hotel or hospitality environment
