Tradestaff is on the lookout for a Garage Door Technician for one of our clients in Waipukurau!
Whether you have prior experience in installing and maintaining garage doors, or a builder looking for a different path- this is the role for you! Our client is looking for someone to is eager to learn the tricks of the trade, or someone who is ready to hit the ground running.
Our client is locally owned and operated in Waipukurau and has been in business for the past 30 years. Starting off in glass repairing, our clients saw a market in garage doors and the rest is history! Responsibilities:
Installing, repairing and servicing garage door and auto-openers
Measuring new and existing spaces for quotes
Installing and repairing windscreens
Recalibration of senses in vehicles
Travelling to residential homes for maintenance works
Requirements:
Building background OR prior experience working with garage doors
Full class 1 license
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice Check
Site safe is not required but advantageous
Customer-first attitude to assist with any queries
Basic IT knowledge preferred
