We're on the lookout for a MICE (Events) Sales Manager to inspire, inform, and drive growth in the business events and weddings sector. What You'll Do:
You'll be responsible for growing sales and exceeding targets across the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sector, developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities while managing and overseeing event sales to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. A key part of your role will be working closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with RealNZ's unique offerings. You'll also represent RealNZ at trade shows, industry events, and familiarisation trips while keeping a close eye on market trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in sales and account management, ideally in the tourism, hospitality, or events industry
- Ability to create strong partnerships with agents, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- A results-driven approach to identifying market gaps and growing revenue
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and written skills
- Experience leading a team and working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, and digital sales tools
