We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Transport Coordinator to join our team at Whitehall Quarry. Your primary role will be to provide excellence in customer service by managing all customer enquiries and coordinating fleet deliveries to meet or exceed customer expectations. You will support the Transport Supervisor in managing customer relationships and dispatching trucks, as well as providing administrative support for our company and subcontractor fleet operations.
What You'll Do:
Provide support overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring our services are not just on time but also exceed expectations
Engage with customers, turning enquiries into opportunities for exceptional service
Strategically allocate resources to deliver on every promise, every time
Champion a safety-first mindset, creating a secure environment where your team thrives.
What You'll Bring:
Class 5 license advantageous – be on the road when the team needs your help
Experience in heavy vehicle operations, where logistics and dispatch are second nature
Strong ability to handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional service.
Comfort with computer systems - Excel, SAP
