Are you an experienced mechanic with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional service? This role requires a proactive individual who can diagnose issues effectively and work under pressure to meet our client's needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on various motorcycle/machinery on-farm
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building relationships
- Maintain accurate records of service and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working on-site
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a field service role
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
