We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based at Tuakau in Auckland.

Be responsible for:
Fulfilling GB and Dricon customer service expectations by managing customer orders and dispatch in a timely manner
Build strong customer relationships becoming involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service
Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network/operational delays
Maintain high standard of order processing and record to manage stock inventory
About you:
Preferably 3+ years’ experience in either Transport or Logistics environment
Have strong communication skills, be customer centric, and have a positive and proactive attitude towards your work
Be able to instantly build rapport with both internal and external customers
Thrive on solving problems and challenging the status quo
