Job Description

Civil Workers
The civil industry has start to kick in, and we have clients needing labourers, WTR operators to work on big projects based in South Auckland. Projects include earthworks and smaller scale projects for subdivisions, roadworks, and commercial sites.

  • Pay Rate : $24+ depending on experience


Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Working within subdivision drainage and roading crews
  • Civil construction work
  • Assisting the final stages of the subdivision, digging holes, installing drainage
  • Digging trenches and levelling to required meterage.
  • Working along site machine operators and drainage crew members
  • Backfilling trenches
  • Steel fixing
  • Concreting cutting
  • Formwork
  • Machinery operating


Role requirements:

  • Must have Civil labouring experience
  • WTR licences is required
  • Valid Site Safe Passport beneficial
  • Comfortable working alone and in teams
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must have a clean criminal record.
  • Must provide 2x work related references
  • Must have own transport or way to site.
