The Role:
We are looking for experienced Production Operators to join us at our Palmerston North site.
Our Production Operators are hands on people with their primary focus being to run their area of the production area efficiently. As an operator you will help us reach department goals by making sure the area is set up correctly, operating machinery and making sure that the quality of our products is maintained.
You will be working full time hours, with shift patterns including days, afternoons and nights. Afternoon and night shifts come with an additional shift allowance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing machinery.
- Perform quality checks with production documentation.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment is up to date and addressed when needed.
- Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times.
- Perform activities such as lubricate/tightening/cleaning machine.
Your Skills:
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Be physically fit.
- Organisational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Numerical Skills.
