Role & Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules for complex construction projects including data centres, labs, healthcare
Establish precise commissioning requirements, performance criteria, and objectives aligned with project specifications and industry standards
Actively participate in project design meetings, providing critical commissioning insights and integration recommendations
Oversee installation and testing of critical building systems, including MEP & HVAC infrastructure
Coordinate seamlessly with subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and stringent compliance
Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed commissioning documentation
Deliver regular, transparent progress updates and comprehensive reports to project teams and key stakeholders
About You:
Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong collaborative and communication skills
The ability to manage complex project timelines effectively
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering
Proven track record in commissioning engineering
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Deep understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and safety protocols
Experience in working with main contractors
