The Role
Prepare fee estimates and proposals
Mentor junior employees
Oversee project management of projects (time, cost, stakeholders, resources), including delegating work as required
Foster good relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Liaise with Councils and LINZ on survey and all related matters
Provide relevant reports to office
About You
Can lead projects and liaise with clients at all levels
Has a relevant Surveying or Land Development Engineering qualification
Experience on a variety of land development projects
