Provide email and phone support across the Envoyage network, delivering a highly personalised service to existing and new brokers.
About the role. Mō te Tūranga
Action and complete all cases in Salesforce, respond to emails and answer phone calls in a timely and accurate manner
Provide day-to-day support, ensuring delegated tasks are completed
Assist with the introduction of new suppliers and their systems
Establish and build relationships with Envoyage and Flight Centre teams to ensure seamless delivery of all support matters
Assist with documenting procedures and training material for new members & staff
About you. mo koe
You'll have a background in travel and experience with one or more GDS systems
You'll be highly organised and detail oriented with strong time management skills
You'll have demonstrated problem solving skills and enjoy identifying and fixing issues
