About the role
Reporting into our Aquaculture Lead, you will provide administrative support to the Aquaculture Health Safety and Wellbeing team.
You will:
Support the wider Health Safety and Wellbeing Team in the management of purchase orders, ensuring invoices are paid accurately and in time
Support with arranging of training eg first aid using national providers
Support the roll out of initiatives and annual events
Support the digitisation project of STSs
Manage the creation, updating and reviews of the STSs for Aquaculture
Coordinate and prepare supporting documentation for the Pre-MOSS and MOSS audits
Support the MTOP renewal process
About you
You'll be a self-starter, confident in creating reports, presentations and be able to work autonomously whilst juggling multiple priorities.
Level 3 Health and Safety qualification
2 - 3 year's experience in a Health and Safety administration role
2 - 3 years experience in the development of training documentation
Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 2015 and related regulations.
High standard of integrity and professionalism.
Good written communication skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and be self-managing
Ability to build relationships across teams
