What You'll Be Doing: As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, your role will involve:
Finding and Engaging Talent: Using your skills to identify, attract, and connect with exceptional candidates across a variety of industries.
Building Genuine Relationships: Establishing trust and strong partnerships with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Owning the Recruitment Journey: Managing the entire recruitment process, from writing job ads and screening candidates to conducting interviews and supporting onboarding.
Key areas you’ll cover: Currently need to be able to find talent and place people into entry to medium-level roles across the blue collar industry. With opportunity to move into more high-level roles.
Taking Initiative: You will need drive. Proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Collaborating: Working alongside a team of driven professionals who share ideas and celebrate wins together.
