Our current Talent Acquisition Consultant is moving abroad, and we’re now on the lookout for an experienced TAC to join our team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to step into a temp-to-perm desk and make an immediate impact.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to bring their drive, expertise and energy to our team.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Finding and Engaging Talent: Using your skills to identify, attract, and connect with exceptional candidates across a variety of industries.
  • Building Genuine Relationships: Establishing trust and strong partnerships with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Owning the Recruitment Journey: Managing the entire recruitment process, from writing job ads and screening candidates to conducting interviews and supporting onboarding.
  • Key areas you’ll cover: Currently need to be able to find talent and place people into entry to medium-level roles across the blue collar industry. With opportunity to move into more high-level roles.
  • Taking Initiative: You will need drive. Proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborating: Working alongside a team of driven professionals who share ideas and celebrate wins together.
