As a member of our Financial Crime Investigations Transaction Monitoring team, you will help protect ASB and it's customers from the impact of Financial Crime. You will contribute in a meaningful way to the protection of Aotearoa New Zealand from organised crime, modern slavery, extreme right-wing groups, and other activity which places New Zealand at risk. We have multiple Associate FCI Analyst positions available.
Te tūranga | The role:
In this Associate Financial Crime Analyst -Transaction Monitoring position, you will be primarily responsible for the assessment and investigation of transaction monitoring alerts in relation to AML parameters in compliance with the AML/CFT Act 2009.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Analyse and interrogate data received from various internal and external sources to make sound decisions
- Ensure a seamless banking experience whilst meeting our regulatory obligations
- Committed to delivering unbeatable customer outcomes and maintain confidentiality
- Build credibility with your team by being pro-active and confident in your ability to manage daily activities.
This role is an excellent entry level financial crime career opportunity to start making a real difference to the financial stability and protection of ASB's customers and New Zealand.
