About the role | Mō te tūnga
The role of the Senior Financial Services Administrator is to provide timely and accurate financial services, which could include accounts payable, accounts receivable, debt management, consolidated accounts, reconciliation and/or database management. You will be joining the organisation at a time of incredible transformation and be key to seeing that realised.
Our next step is to implement a new cloud based FMIS and ensure staff are trained and supported to become proficient across a number of areas. You will also support the leadership team to deliver on strategies and programmes of work.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu
Demonstrated experience in providing high-level financial support and advisory activities, preferably within a large public or private sector organization.
Extensive knowledge and experience using internal financial management systems
Ability to effectively prioritise and schedule work to meet competing deadlines
Demonstrated excellence in the provision of customer focused financial, administrative, and corporate advice, and services to managers and staff
Demonstrates initiative in addressing issues and problems arising in the role
Ability to build effective professional relationships at all levels
Willingness to travel within New Zealand as required
