He angitūtanga: The Opportunity

We require a Project Administrator to join our Facility Management team working in their Hamilton based office, Te Rapa Park. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful execution of our projects.

This position is Monday to Friday, full time 40 hours a week, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring electronic management systems
  • Managing all project communications and documentation
  • Preparing, submitting, and having approved final close out reports.
  • Manual data entry, upload files and handle any feedback or questions through to approval
  • Strong reporting, financial, scheduling, customer service, Excel skills
  • Gather information from our database and files, fill in gaps and make commentary on final values.
  • Communication with clients
  • Reporting on project status


He kōrero mōu: About You

  • Perhaps you are a junior project manager in the trade space looking for growth?
  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator/Management in construction is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excell
  • Be highly organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks with confidence and ease
  • Excellent communication skills
