A newly created opportunity for a Business Delivery Lead – GSC, you will lead process, information management, and digital transformation initiatives with a focus on IT systems and automation. You’ll drive improvements and streamline operations, ensuring projects are aligned and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the enhancement pipeline, focusing on IT systems, automation, and digital integrations.
- Develop performance frameworks to ensure technology-driven solutions are effective and aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and enhance digital capabilities across GSC.
- Track and report project progress, benefits, and costs to key stakeholders.

You’re a strategic leader with a passion for IT systems, automation, and process improvement. Analytical and innovative, you excel at translating data and systems into actionable solutions and driving alignment across teams.
