RECEPTIONIST/ADIMISTRATOR

Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu

The Receptionist - Administrator plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our Auckland Head Office, combining both front-desk duties and administrative support. You will be responsible for creating an arrival experience for our customers, suppliers, visitors, partners and staff which is brand aligned and uniquely 2degrees. You will also support the facilities administration and EA teams to ensure that the workplace experience at our Head Office is impactful, effective, full of personality. The role provides an exciting opportunity to imprint your own ownership of this which is unique to you as an individual.

How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira

  • At least 2 years' experience and success in reception and administrative roles
  • The ability to challenge, think innovatively and continuously push the boundaries of what is possible
  • Communicate and interact with people at all levels, internal and external to 2degrees
  • Calm under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • A natural affinity for collaboration and building relationships
  • Proactive at managing the influx of customers by being an effective concierge in the reception and surrounding areas
  • Customer service orientated with a good memory for names and faces
  • Passion and drive in delivering a progressive workplace experience
