About the Role:
They are currently looking for switched on administrator to join their Legal Admin Processing team.

In this role you will be undertaking a range of legal administration, processing work. You will be preparing various legal documents, filing documents, preparing claim documents, scanning documents, liaising with the court processing department, client communication and following up on a lot of processes in between.

For this role, you do not need any legal experience.

There is a strict administration process in place, which will be taught, so if you are keen to learn and you love administration, have good computer skills, and pride yourself on a great work ethic, then this could be the perfect role for you.

About You:

But the role is really fast paced, and you to be successful you will need to bring a good mix of administration skills and phone work and enjoy working in a really busy team.

You will need….

  • At least 3+ work experience under your belt.
  • Preferably experience in a phone-based customer service role, collection's role, or a busy administration role.
  • Any legal administration experience is welcomed but not necessary.
  • Good computer skills. Quick and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Be very process driven. Follows processes to a tee & doesn’t skip a step!
  • Gift of the gab! Able to engage with all walks of life. (You definitely need this)
  • Has empathy and respect for others.
  • Keeps positive and keeps on smiling, even when there is a challenging customer conversation.
  • Strong phone-based communication. Able to engage with customers & handle sometimes challenging conversations.
  • Strong self-motivation. RESULTS ORIENTED. Proactive! Keen to achieve.
  • Social at the right times. Focused at the right times.
  • A good SOH and enjoy a laugh or two.
  • Likes being part of a fun, upbeat team. (They will become your friends
