The Role

Join a great team of Technicians across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region providing technical expertise to all our valued customers. Our Appliance Service Technicians perform service calls and repairs of our products in our customer homes providing "Best in Class" customer service.

Days and Work Hours:

What would work for you? We understand that in today's world lives are busy for you and for our customers, so why stick to the traditional work hours. We are open to flexible working hours that work for both you and our customers. Our schedules normally run from Monday- Friday.

We are looking for people across the Waikato, Rotorua and Tauranga areas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions.
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
  • Maintain and manage spare parts inventory.


What you will need:

  • Highly quality appliance repair and troubleshooting experience.
  • Registered Electrical Licence essential (GAS license, advantageous)
  • Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair (Cookware experience desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and strong PC skills
  • Provide premium customer service.
  • Must be physically fit and healthy - pre-employment medical conducted
