About the Role

  • Permanent, full-time role, 40 hours, Monday – Friday
  • Based in our Prep School, where we support children in developing autonomy over their learning
  • Strong focus on creating partnerships with local schools, MOE, and other community agencies
  • Leading our strong ‘Set for School’ transition programme
  • Our beautiful, purpose-built centre is flooded with natural light and open spaces, providing a welcoming and inspiring environment for both children and teachers. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Silverstream subdivision, we enjoy regular walks to the local park, café, and neighbouring businesses.


What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced leader who is skilled in:

  • ECE Compliance – ensuring all regulations and requirements are met
  • Leading Curriculum – driving high-quality learning experiences
  • Mentoring – supporting and developing teachers in their professional growth
  • Fostering a Positive Team Culture – creating a collaborative and engaged teaching environment


You will also need:

  • BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and a current Teacher Certification
  • Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, ECE Regulations, and compliance
  • Expertise in programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum development
  • A team-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality education
