This pivotal role ensures the efficient functioning of KidsCan by providing comprehensive support across various departments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining effective office procedures, fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.
What you'll do:
Your role will be central to the smooth operation of KidsCan. You'll handle a variety of tasks from managing inbound calls and general admin as required. Your organisational skills will shine as you provide administrative support across different departments. Your attention to detail, patience and excellent communication skills will be crucial.
