Ko tō tūranga – your role
At One New Zealand, we’re committed to "people serving people." We’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Reels.


You’ll collaborate with the Paid Social Lead to follow best practices, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reporting. Additionally, you’ll create engaging content, including video, to promote our products. If you're passionate about social media and content creation, we’d love to hear from you!

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports and offer recommendations to brand and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with social media partners (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure spending is on track and within the allocated budget.
  • Assist with finance and billing processes related to social media campaigns.
  • Create engaging content to promote One NZ’s products.
  • Ensure campaign budgets are accurately managed, with no over/under spending.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using CPA and MMM tracking.
  • Achieve social campaign performance that meets both brand and commercial targets.
  • Conduct third-party account audits.
  • Gather and apply feedback from agencies to improve performance.

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, etc.) is a bonus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven, with the ability to follow and stick to established processes.
  • Strong numeracy skills, comfortable working with budgets and ensuring accurate spend levels.
  • Familiarity with creative and media best practices across social platforms is a bonus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and analyze media performance to optimize campaigns and make informed decisions.
