The Role:
- End to end accounts receivable process for domestic customers and back up foreign currency
- Review and resolve customer billing issues and queries
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Finance Manager to identify process improvements
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- End to end accounts receivable / credit control experience
- Natural team player and ability to collaborate
- Intermediate excel skills
- Solid ERP experience
