Ready for a change? Still want to use your passion for young people and your teaching skills?
Taupo Pathways for Youth Employment runs the Licence to Work programme in High Schools and with NEETs (not in education, employment or training). Here you can be creative and flexible. Our employability program empowers our rangatahi to build fulfilling careers and encourages personal growth. This involves supporting our rangatahi to discover who they are and guiding them on the next steps of their journey. In addition to enhancing employability skills, the program is very holistic and emphasises essential life skills that equip participants to live independently and navigate the complexities of adulthood.
