Mō te tūranga | About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through rigorous testing, analysis, and process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to focus on our customers needs, identify and resolve issues, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our engineering communities.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
• 2-5 years+ using commercial and/or opensource test tools across the test pyramid, as well as experience with programming languages and database query tools, including proficiency in Java/Selenium
• Practical experience in the design, implementation and execution of functional and automation test solutions, tools, and techniques
• Ensure that automation code is treated as production code and meets re-usability and standardisation
• A customer lens to all the work you do to build the best software product for our customers
• An agile mindset and experience collaborating closely with development teams to iteratively ship software and challenge the status quo
• A growth mindset with a ready for anything attitude
