An exciting opportunity has opened for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join a leading consultancy in Christchurch.
Truly multi-disciplinary, this fast growing delivery specialist their talented team provide project management, project planning, resource management planning, civil engineering and surveying from offices in Auckland and Christchurch.
They are currently involved with some of the largest development projects in New Zealand, in a variety of fields including irrigation, tourism, health, commercial, residential and infrastructure, for corporate, government and private clients.
Due to a strong pipeline of current and future work they have a key vacancy for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join their Christchurch surveying team.
The Role
You will manage and work together with the team to deliver subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 500 lots
Curate subdivision design and civil engineering design
Ensure accurate Cadastral Survey Datasets and other survey deliverables are completed on time
Supervise and mentor the next generation of surveying professionals
About You
An experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
Competent with Landonline and 12D software
An excellent written and oral communicator
Able to work independently and organise work programmes
Proficient with field work techniques and quality assurance processes for GPS and Total Station
Have an understanding of the RMA, planning processes and other relevant legislation
